Black in White Poetry Competition 2025 Awards

awards ceremony 2025 004 1000

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our annual Black in White Poetry Competition awards night and Book Launch

What an incredible evening celebrating the truth, talent, and transformation of poetry. This year’s event showed how poetry continues to illuminate the realities of racism, resilience, and diversity, turning pain into art and art into action. A massive thank you to everybody who shared the stage – your words reminded us of the power of art to challenge, to heal, and to connect. Each poem was a reminder of why stories matter, and why representation must continue to take centre stage.

We would like to take a moment to offer our huge congratulations to all our entrants and winners, whose words moved, challenged, and inspired us:
